Proxy user warning when logged into Filr Administration Console although Proxy User is Configured

Novell Filr

Situation

Warning message states the following although the proxy server is configured.
Attention: The Following tasks need to be completed
    * Enter the proxy credentials for the Net Folder Server, <SERVER>

Resolution

  1. Log into the Administration Console
  2. Take note of the server(s) in the Warning message
  3. Click Net Folder Servers
  4. Click the server and click Test Connection
  5. Repeat step 4 for each server listed in the warning message
  6. Restart Filr Services
