LDAP Bind Account gets Locked Out after Failed ZENworks Upgrade

The LDAP bind account for the ZENworks user source gets locked out during nightly ZENworks maintenance
The ZENworks services were started somehow after the failed upgrade
The following can be done stop the ZENworks services:
- Run the command: novell-zenworks-configure -c Start
- Follow the on screen directions to select and complete the Stop option
