Situation
Forgot password feature does not work for LDAP imported users.

Resolution
Forgot Password Option is applicable only for the local users created directly through the NSD system. This is not applicable for LDAP Imported Users.
The forget password option is displayed only when Mixed mode is enabled in Setup-> Privileges-> Customer-> Mixed Mode or when NSD doesn't have LDAP configured.
