Supported GWIA DSN Statuses (external mail return notifications, receipts)

What external mail return notifications or receipts are supported?
Not all return notifications are supported with external mail.
Return notifications or receipts not working or being received with external systems, recipients.

Only basic DSN Statuses are supported with external mail (GWIA):

• Delivered
• Delivery failed

GWIA does not request Opened status, nor does it send Opened notifications if an external smtp server requests it; however, it does work within a GroupWise system.

Return notifications can be requested to track information along with sent items: Client Options | Send | Mail
