Situation
When the admin user visits Administration Console > Users to manage users and clicks the downward pointing arrow in front of a user name, it takes a very long time before the dialog is displayed. Once the dialog is displayed and admin selects the option 'User Properties', it then takes a long time before the user properties page is displayed.
Resolution
A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 1.1 Hot Patch 1, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
Cause
The delay is caused due to a lookup for user's last login date which can take a long time on a very active/busy Filr system.
