Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.3

Situation

Once ZCC detects one of the LDAP Server configured for the User Source has a Certificate that will expire in the next 90 days, it will generate a pop-up message when logging into the ZCC.
However, Even after the LDAP Certificate is updated or the LDAP server is removed from use by ZCM, the alert will continue.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 11.4 - see KB 7016614 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11 SP4 (11.4.0) - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7016614

As a workaround, back up the database, then run the following SQL command against the database:
delete from zOpaqueData where name = 'LDAP.cert.expiring.info'
