HTML inserted in Title of Landing Page elements is no longer rendered in Vibe 4.0

Situation

If HTML was added in the 'Title' field for any Landing Page element such as a Link or a Link to folder/workspace, the HTML is no longer rendered on the Landing Page.

For example, the following HTML for the Title of a Link element shows as-is on the Landing Page:
<p><span style="font-size:14px">Test Link</span></p>

Resolution

 A fix for this issue is available in the Vibe 4.0 Hot Patch 2, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
