ServiceDesk stops importing users from LDAP

Environment

Novell Service Desk 7.1 

Situation

ServiceDesk does not import all users from LDAP as expected.
There are disabled accounts among the to imported users. 
ServiceDesk imports the users up to the point where it hits a disabled account.
Already imported users behind this disabled account will be removed from ServiceDesk.

Resolution

Reported to engineering.

Please contact Novell Technical Service for a temporary fix.
