Randomly the system default login script will run instead of the eDirectory login script

Environment

Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR3)

Situation

When users login, the drive mappings they get are not those specified in the applicable (container, profile, or user) eDirectory login script.

The only drives mapped are to SYS:\ and SYS\PUBLIC.

Resolution

Fixed in Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR4) or later.

Cause

During slow login scenarios, a timing problem exposes a bug in the Client for OES which results in the drive mappings specified in the eDirectory login script not being completed, and the default login script mappings are done instead.
