CollectionStatsDB is not cleaned on Windows platform

Environment

Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 11.4

Situation

On Managed devices, the cleanup mechanism cleans up entries in the database which has notuploaded = 'false' and older then 7 days - running every night.  

In cases where there are entries in the database where the notuploaded = 'true' but the files don't exist on the file system, the cleanup tool is failing. 

ERROR (from zmd-messages.log):

Type: Novell.Zenworks.Cache.Sqlite.SqliteException
Message: Error in the application.
