Situation

After updating the Mac workstation to the iPrint client for Mac version 6.05, users are no longer able to install printers that have driver package associations. A message, "Failed to install the printer. The filter(s) specified in the .PPD could not be found/resolved."

Resolution

Install the 6.04 version of the iPrint client for Mac.

Cause

A defect in the 6.05 version of the iPrint client for Mac.
