Setting to use a vcard & select a vcard file puts a 0 byte vcard file attachment to every message but gives an error when sending

If the Electronic business card (vCard) option is selected by going to Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Signature, and the Select a vCard file option is checked a zero byte vCard icon is added as an attachment to every message.  If this attachment is clicked, it will bring up the Windows browse window so the correct file can be selected.  However if the message is created and then Send is clicked on, an error that indicates the file is invalid or doesn't exist is returned.
