Error: "nwtray.exe has stopped working" upon user re-login

When the user first logs in, everything works fine. But, if user logs in again from the Micro Focus system tray icon, nwtray.exe crashes. Other cases:
  • Login from the tray icon, then disconnect from the tree, then login again from the system tray icon.
  • Login from the tray icon, then disconnect drives using the "Disconnect Network Drive" feature, then login again from the system tray icon.

In the login results window, the error message appears:

nwtray.exe has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.


Fixed in iPrint Client 6.10 or later. Available through the OES and iPrint Appliance Update channel or through iPrint Appliance 2.1 Patch 5 or later.
