iPrint Lite context menu not present for all file types

Some file types do not show the iPrint context menu when right clicking a file.

This is working as designed.  iPrint Lite (iPrint context menu feature) identifies files based on the extension and renders them using the respective mime-types using the iPrint server renderer (local or remote).  Non-supported file types will not show the iPrint context menu icon.  The list of supported file types are:

With the iPrint Client version 6.10 and later and the iPrint Appliance version 3.1 and later, an iPrint context menu icon will appear when right clicking a file.  The iPrint printer need not be installed for this feature to work.
