Situation

After installing the Windows Fall Creator Update (version 1709) on some Windows 10 PCs, users observe a Windows Blue Screen (BSOD) crash when they try to save to any Microsoft Office file to the Filr storage location. The crash does not occur if the user saves the file outside of the Filr storage location.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available for Filr 3.2 in the Filr 3.2.2 Update and for Filr 2.0 in the Filr 2.0 - Hot Patch 5 update.
