Micro Focus Filr 3.2
Situation
When a user tries to access a sub-folder within a Filr Net Folder to which he/she may have full access in the backend filesystem, the following error message is displayed:
"The folder is not accessible"
Please note that the above error message may be displayed in legitimate situations where the user actually does not have the necessary rights to the folder in question. However, for this particular scenario the complete path to the folder in question contains more than one folders which use the & character in the name. For example:
Net Folder 1/ABC/AC & ME/Q&A/Archives/2010 & 2011/
"The folder is not accessible"

Resolution
A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.3 Update.
