Situation
On Windows 10, the "FileVersionInfo.GetVersionInfo" API call for the "File Version" System Requirements for ZCM Bundles will return the version "6.2" and the current Windows 10 Build Number when testing the file version for Windows OS files that are protected by SFC.
Non-OS files return the correct version and as well protected files copied to a unprotected location.
Resolution
This is fixed in version ZENworks Configuration Management 2017 Update 3 - see KB 7023221 "ZENworks Configuration Management 2017 Update 3 update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7023221
