A workspace or folder stops showing up in the Navigation Panel of Vibe due to re-index errors

A workspace or folder stops showing up in the Vibe Navigation Panel.  When an admin goes to "Configure Views, URLS and Controls", it shows up, but is hidden when looking at the Navigation Panel.
Re-indexing the workspace or folder results in an error.

In addition, the following message is seen in appserver.log when re-indexing the workspace or folder.

[org.kablink.teaming.module.folder.impl.DefaultFolderCoreProcessor] - Error indexing entry: (Entry_ID)

java.lang.ClassCastException: org.kablink.teaming.domain.Event cannot be cast to java.util.Date
