Unable to cut-n-paste files if Secure Boot is enabled

Filr 3.4.2

Situation

If Secure Boot is enabled on a Windows workstation, Filr's filrapphookx64.dll will not load, which results in issues with file operations such as cut-n-paste.

Note: Cut and paste issue is only seen if the file is "online available" only. If you make the file "offline available" and then do a cut and paste, the issue is not seen.
