Situation
This has been recently seen on many types of SAMSUNG devices that downloaded emails with attachments show doubled attachments on a device.
A root cause of this issue has been identified. A default Mail client shipped by SAMSUNG devices does not fully comply to the Active Sync Protocol specifications. Using any other mail client on the same phone, which can support Exchange accounts, does not show the same, bad behavior.
The fix for this problem will be included in the SP1 of GMS 18.1.
