Cannot create a Post Office, error received

Situation

The GroupWise customer is unable to create a Post Office under 1 GroupWise Secondary domain.  The error received in the GroupWise Web Admin Console is "Path not found 8209" and later "An error occurred modifying an attribute value.  Dictionary not found (0xD713)".

Resolution

The problem secondary domain directory did not have all their proper .dc files, you should have :

1.  gwdom.dc
2.  gwpo.dc
3.  wpdomain.dc
4.  wphost.dc

Once all of these .dc files were copied to the problem Secondary domain directory, from a working Primary domain directory the problem went away.

Cause

Missing GroupWise dictionary files that are used to construct a Post Office object.
