Situation
After changing the storage location for Filr from the default location to the root of C:, the context-sensitive Filr menu items are no longer seen.
Resolution
Best practice is to avoid using "protected" Windows OS paths such as C:\, C:\Windows, and C:\Program Files. Instead, create a short path at the root (e.g. C:\files) and locate the Filr folder under that. Or use a non-OS drive such as E:\.
