Situation
Attempting to upload a photo taken in "Portrait" mode or a photo edited using the Photos app via the iOS Filr app shows a file called Adjustments.plist attempting to be uploaded. The message does not go away until the upload is canceled by pressing the circle x.
Resolution
Update to the latest iOS Filr app version 4.1.0 (326)
Cause
The issue appears to be specific to changes made in iOS 13.
