GroupWise Messenger 18
Situation
When trying to access any object under the GroupWise MessengerService object, receive a red pop-up box with the following error:
Error communicating with resource (https://10.10.10.10:8315/users?Preload=100&Limit=5000&IDsOnly=true): java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
Resolution
The Messenger configuration has become damaged.
Re-run the configure.sh script located in the /opt/novell/messenger folder.
Update the existing system with the appropriate answers.
Once Messenger loads again, restart the GroupWise Admin Console and access to objects should now be available.
