Micro Focus Filr 4.2.1
Situation
After upgrading the Filr server to version 4.2.1, Mac machines with the 4.2 Filr Client for Mac will not receive a prompt to upgrade the client to version 4.2.1.
Resolution
Workaround:
Manually install the Filr Client for Mac version 4.2.1 to each Mac client which has the 4.2 client. Or, if you own Mac distribution software, you can push out the 4.2.1 Filr Client for Mac.

Cause
There is a bug in the 4.2 Filr Client for Mac which doesn't properly receive the prompt to upgrade the Filr Mac client to newer versions.
Additional Information
The above problem does NOT exist if the Filr server is upgraded from the following versions:
4.0 to 4.2.1
4.1 to 4.2.1
4.1.2 to 4.2.1
The above problem exists if the Filr server is upgraded from 4.2 to 4.2.1.
4.0 to 4.2.1
4.1 to 4.2.1
4.1.2 to 4.2.1
The above problem exists if the Filr server is upgraded from 4.2 to 4.2.1.
