ZENworks Configuration Management 2020 System Update

Situation

This situation applies specifically to device running the OS Windows 10 Professional for Workstation. The build version doesn't play a role in this situation.

The device is running ZCM 17.4 version with ZENworks Endpoint Security and/or ZENworks Full Disk Encryption enabled.

After successfully updating the device to Zenworks 2020, ZENworks Endpoint Security and ZENworks Full Disk Encryption stay in the version 17.4

Resolution

Reported to engineering.
