GroupWise Filr integration - file entry cannot be found error when sending a mail.

You have enabled a Filr integration on GroupWise accounts. When users login and want to add attachment to newly composed email, there are new Filr options displayed to add a file or a link to a Filr file. However, in various stages of this add attachment process users get an error complying that the file cannot be found.

There is a mismatch in email addresses. Users imported into Filr have different email address than what they have as default in GroupWise.
