Inability to Verify GroupWise License from Mobility Server

Situation

Attempting to validate GroupWise license from the GroupWise Mobility Server gives the error:

"sslv3 alert unexpected message"

This can be verified by attempting to run the following command from the Mobility Server:

curl -k --user <gwadminusername>:<password> https://<addressofmta>:9710/gwadmin-service/system/license

Resolution

Update the server where the admin process for the GroupWise primary domain is running to a build later than 136824 on  GroupWise 18.2 .

Cause

The Jetty version that runs the admin processes exhibited issues with SSL connections.
