If zmd service
hangs or takes a long time to connect with configured services,
after killing the zmd service from reboot or kill, rug sl no longer
shows any services. rug sl shows --- No services found

Resolution
To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem, follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7.2 Linux Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Re-add the service with rug sa.
