Situation
Server pushes a bundle (mandatory) with dry run, ZMD tries a dry
run on the agent and acknowledges the scheduled action sent by
server.
Next agent refresh, the bundle is installed

Resolution
To obtain access to a hot patch with the fix for this problem,
follow the instructions in KB 3469853 "Updates to Novell ZENworks

Root Cause:
On next refresh on client, server does not send the scheduled action again (since acknowledged) and hence the information about dry run and allow removals is not sent to the device.
ZMD sees the bundle as a mandatory bundle and hence installs it.
