Situation
Application Event error: "Faulting application ZenRem32.exe, version 7.0.x.x, faulting module rcagent.dll, 7.0.x.x address 0x00006a60."
Remote controlling a workstation on specific hardware and with large Solidworks 3D CAD document crashes zenrem32.exe.
Resolution
Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 4 Hot Patch 4, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Same problem on Nvidia or ATI graphical cards:
HP workstations (HP XW6600 / XW4400)
Quadro FX 3700 release 182 (182.65)
ATI FireGL V3100 version 8.583
Tested disabling the video driver (Novell Zenworks Remote management driver) and then it worked, however it is very slow.
