Error: "Page cannot be displayed" when accessing any Middle Tier URL

Microsoft Windows 2003 Server

Situation

ZENworks agents cannot login to the Middle Tier server.
Cannot access NSAdmin page.
Novell Security Services dialog prompts for credentials, accepts credentials, but does not allow admin into any oneNet URL page.

Resolution

Set the "All Unknown ISAPI Extensions" to "Allow" in IIS Manager. To do this on Windows 2003 server for example, go to Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, expand the local computer, select Web Service Extensions and set the "All Unknown ISAPI Extensions" to "Allow".

Additional Information

The oneNet ISAPI service extension is being prohibited from being handled by IIS because it is considered an "Unknown" ISAPI service extension.
