Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with Support Pack 3 - 10.3 Authentication
Situation
Entering a bad password or userid on the first attempt during the windows login and then the correct login id or password on the second login attempt breaks passive authentication.
After a long wait the agent login will appear.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.3.2 - see KB 7007237 "ZENworks Configuration Management 10.3.2 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information
If an invalid user id is given during the first login attempt. This invalid userid will display on the userid field of the ZCM agent login box.
