ZCM 11.1 - bundle icons can only be seen in the Application (NAL) Window

Environment

Novell ZENworks 11 Configuration Management Support Pack 1 - ZCM 11 SP1 Bundles

Situation

After installing (or upgrading to) the ZCM 11.1 agent, bundles icons are not displayed on the Desktop, start Menu etc., only in the Application Window.

"ZENworks Adaptive Agent" icon is not displayed on the desktop (see KB 7007656 Icon for "ZENworks Adaptive Agent" is displayed on Windows 7/W2K8R2 desktop).

Resolution

Novell has provided a fix in the form of a System Update, and an updated ZCM 11.1a ISO file - see TID 7009257 Agent update 1 for ZENworks 11.1 for details of how to obtain and deploy these items
