Situation
Setting an inventory scan schedule relative to event (for example device refresh) fails to rescan. It will scan once when the schedule is set or changed, but not thereafter.
Resolution
Windows:

Linux:
This is fixed in version 11.2.4 - see KB 7012027 "ZENworks Configuration Management 11.2.4 - update information and list of fixes" which can be found at http:////support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=7012027
Workaround: Use a non relative scan schedule such as weekly, days of week etc. For 10.3.4 only, if using days of week see also fix for TID 7002946.
