Situation
When some Remote
Operators control workstations, the auditlog.txt is updated and
therefore the audit information is input into the database on the
next workstation inventory scan. When other Remote Operators
control workstations, the auditlog.txt is not updated.
Resolution
For ZDM7: Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available athttps://download.novell.com
For ZDM6.5
SP2: fixed in ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management SP2 IR1 or newer

Additional Information
If the DN of the
Remote Operator contains a space, then the audit log file is not
updated. For example, a DN like this would work: mike.chicago.corp
but a DN like this would not work: mike.chicago office.corp
