ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
ERROR:"Failed to open"[name of folder]"
Error:0 HRESULT 0x80004002 No Such interface
supported"
If you open
the ZENworks Adaptive Agent folder under "My Computer", and try to
drag one of the top-level folders in there (for example "ALL", or one of the custom
folders), then when you double-click to open the folder, the above
message is displayed.
Resolution
This is fixed in
version 10.0.1 - see KB 3486285 "Updates to ZENworks 10
Configuration Management" which can be found athttps://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
If you drag the
ZENworks Adaptive Agent icon to the desktop, that works. If you
drag an individual bundle's icon to the desktop, that works.
