Unable to open files created with ZENworks Imaging environment with Windows

Situation

Creating a file and placing on an external USB drive cannot be opened once attached to a Windows machine.
ERROR:Cannot find the F:\test.txt Do you want to create a new file?

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at Novell Support

Workaround:
Zip the file up first before placing it on the USB external device.
Example: gzip -9 imagefile.zmg
This issue is with any type of file that is created in the ZDM 7 imaging environment. Text file, imaging files, etc.
