A leaf object in the Directory tree that represents a position or role, such as Team Leader or Accounting Resources Manager, that can be filled by any designated user. Using it simplifies rights management, because an administrator grants rights to the Organizational Role object, and the current occupant automatically gets security equivalence to the Organizational Role object.
