Your attempted login has been unsuccessful. This is due to a problem in one of the following areas.

Incorrect User Name or Password
To log into the Certifications Community, you must first create a Login user profile with your certification credentials. Enter your contact information and complete a user profile. On the second page, enter your Certification Identification Number and PIN under the CNE Net heading.

Outdated Database Information
You may have forgotten your certification PIN number, or your information in the database might be outdated.If you're unsuccessful in accessing the CNE Net Web site, please contact Training Services (tel. 1-801-861-3382) for further assistance.

Hint: The PIN is usually defaulted to the last 4 digits of your testing ID number (or SSN).

You do not have a current certification
If you aren't a CNA, CNE, Master CNE or CNI you don't have authorization to access the Certifications Community web site. For a quick look at what you're missing out on, and for information on how to become certified, visit Education's certification and certification benefits pages.
