Hostname Resolution |
The server must resolve device hostnames. |
IP Address |
Appliance initially starts with the IP address allocated from DHCP. You can change the IP address to static IP by using the Appliance Management menu during the configuration of Appliance. For more information on configuring appliance, see Section 5.2, Configuring the Appliance Settings. |
Database |
Micro Focus Service Desk Appliance is available with the embedded PostgreSQL database. However, you can change the database after the appliance is up and running. For information on the supported databases see, Section 2.1.2, Database Requirements. |
