Refreshed software to fix a byte alignment problem that prevented the software from compiling properly when the development package was downloaded from the NDK. Added a new chapter, Cluster Services Architecture. Added Section A.0, Managing Novell Cluster Services Through XML—Describes how to enable an XML interface to manage cluster services on NetWare™ 6.5 or later. Added new sample code files: 1) Cluster.pl, a Perl script example that demonstrates how to test XML cluster management operations, and 2) hmoldap.nlm, an example of how to write a health monitor object (HMO) for LDAP services, and 3) hmo.c, a generic HMO required to enable specific services (such as LDAP) in cluster environments. |
