Installing Configuration Files for DirXML Drivers

The DirXML drivers for Novell Nsure Resources come with configuration files that specify common provisioning policies and processes.

1. At your Web server, insert the Novell Nsure Resources CD. If you have Autorun turned off, run INSTALL.EXE from the NT directory.

2. At the Welcome page, click Next.

3. Read the License Agreement, then click I Accept.

4. Select DirXML Management Utilities, then click Next.

5. Select the Novell iManager Plug-ins for DirXML and DirXML Preconfigured Drivers, then click Next.

   Plug-ins and preconfigured drivers are copied to the Tomcat directory for use during iManager and driver configuration.

6. Select all the preconfigured driver files, then click Next.

7. Review the Summary page, then click Finish.

   If a message pops up indicating you have an LDAP driver, click OK.

   An installation screen appears and files are copied.

8. When the Restart Web Services message appears, click OK.

9. At the Installation Complete page, click Close.

10. Restart your Web services.

    1. Choose Start > Settings > Control Panel, and open Administrative Tools.

    2. Open Services.

    3. Select your Web services and click Restart. By default, iManager installs the Apache and Jakarta Web services.
