21.0 Managing Personal Address Books

From your Frequent Contacts address book, you can create additional personal address books. You populate contacts in these from the GroupWise or Frequent Contacts address books or from other personal address books as follows:

  • GroupWise Address Book: Copy contacts to Frequent Contacts or other personal address books.

  • Frequent Contacts: Copy or move contacts to other personal address books.

  • Other personal address books: Copy or move contacts to Frequent Contacts or other personal address books.

You can also rename or delete any personal address book except Frequent Contacts.
