All of the GroupWise agents should be configured to use SSL connections:

GroupWise agents are initially configured with self-signed certificates provided by the GroupWise certificate authority. Publicly signed certificates provide stronger protection. For more information, see Section 90.2.2, Using a Commercially Signed Certificate.
