Sending a Mail Message
If a Web server outage occurs while you are composing a message, your message is not lost when you click Send.
Printing from WebAccess
If your browser's print feature prints a message in a format that loses information, you can display a printer-friendly version of the message in a new browser window, then print the message from the new window.
