Explanation:  The gateway is unable to find the configuration parameters for gwout.dll under the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\MAPI Conversions.

Action:  Verify that this registry entry exists. If not, reinstall the gateway after uninstalling the previous instance of the gateway. See Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway.
