Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway

If you need to remove the Exchange Gateway from the machine where you installed it, follow the instructions for the installation option you chose when installing the Exchange Gateway:

• Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway As an Application
• Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway As a Service

Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway As an Application

1. At the Windows machine where you installed the Exchange Gateway, click Start > Programs > GroupWise Exchange Gateway > Exchange > Uninstall.

2. If a message informs you that some files could not be deleted, delete the domain\wpgate\exchange directory.

3. In ConsoleOne, delete the Exchange Gateway object from the domain.

Uninstalling the Exchange Gateway As a Service

1. At the Windows machine where you installed the Exchange Gateway, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs, select domain.gateway (Exchange Gateway), then click OK.

3. If a message informs you that some files could not be deleted, delete the domain\wpgate\exchange directory.

4. In ConsoleOne, delete the Exchange Gateway object from the domain.
