Login Restrictions

Account Disabled
Indicates whether login is disabled for the user account. If an expiration date has been set for this user account (see below) and that date has passed, the system automatically disables login and selects this check box. To enable login, deselect this check box. To disable login unconditionally (regardless of whether the user account has an expiration date), select this check box. The account will remain disabled until you or someone else deselects this check box.

The setting of this check box is stored as the Login Disabled property of the User object.

Account Has Expiration Date
Specifies whether this user account has an expiration date. An expiration date specifies a date and time when the system will disable login for the user account. To set an expiration date, select this check box and then click the calendar icon next to the Expiration Date and Time field to select the expiration date and time you want. To keep the user account active indefinitely, deselect this check box.

The setting of this check box and the expiration date and time are stored as the Login Expiration Time property of the User object.

Limit Concurrent Connections
Specifies whether to limit the number of login sessions the user can have open at a time. The number of concurrent login sessions generally corresponds to the number of workstations the user is logged in from, but some workstation operating systems and applications allow the user to open multiple login sessions at a time. To limit the number of concurrent login sessions, select this check box and enter a number between 1 and 32,000 in the Maximum Connections field. To allow unlimited concurrent login sessions, deselect this check box.

The setting of this check box and the maximum number of connections are stored as the Login Maximum Simultaneous property of the User object.

Last Login
Specifies the date and time this user last logged in.
