Time Restrictions

Use this property page to restrict the times when the user can be logged in. If you set a restriction and the user is logged in when the restricted time arrives, the system issues a five-minute warning and then (after five minutes) logs the user out if he or she isn't logged out already. For information on how remote users in different time zones are affected, click Web Links below.

Time grid
Each cell in the time grid represents a half hour on a particular day of the week. Gray cells represent restricted times (when the user cannot be logged in). White cells represent unrestricted times (when the user can be logged in). As you move the cursor over the time grid, the starting time for each cell is displayed below the grid. To create a time restriction, gray out the desired times by clicking or dragging across the corresponding cells.

The login time restrictions you set are stored as the Login Allowed Time Map property of the User object.
